Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 working days. During product drops, shipping may take slightly longer. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
For Drop 001, we’re only shipping within the UK. International shipping will be available soon.

What if I need a different size?
If your order doesn’t fit, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. Once accepted, return the item and place a new order for the size you want.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@proudgirldad.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

What items can’t be returned?
We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.
