Shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched.

We want you to love your Proud Girl Dad Co. gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item for a different size or colour, you’re welcome to send it back within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for the return postage.
• We’ll cover the cost to ship your replacement once we receive your original item in its unworn, unwashed condition.

 

Returns

If you’d prefer a refund, you can return your item within 14 days.

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Customers cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and checked.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, let us know at hello@proudgirldad.co and we’ll sort it quickly — including covering all postage costs.
