I’m Chris, a proud girl dad from Northern Ireland with two amazing daughters. I started Proud Girl Dad Co. in June 2025, going live on Father’s Day.

The idea came to me in a hospital room in July 2024 while waiting for my wife to give birth to our second baby girl. In that moment, I realised how passionate I am about being a girl dad and the bond that comes with it. I thought, what if there was a space and a brand that truly celebrated that? Not sports, not trends, but fatherhood itself. I claimed the Instagram handle that very day, the same day my daughter was born.

The mission is simple: this isn’t just a brand. It’s a mindset and a community. We’re here to raise strong, gutsy girls who know they can do anything, and to make sure they always know their dad is right there, cheering them on.

Every dad’s story looks different. The school runs, the bedtime chats, the little wins. PGD is about celebrating all of it. This is just the beginning, and I’d love you to be part of it.

Because being a girl dad isn’t a role you play. It’s who you are.
